Amazing View. We walked in, saw the view from the balcony and had to have this condo! Sometimes, you can see the dolphin swimming int the Gulf from the balcony. It is a prefect location, beachfront with two pools and a tiki bar by the beach. The Pelican Beach resort has been recently painted and updated and looks great.
Since we purchaser out unit 814 in 2021, we have done lots of upgrades in an effort to make this the perfect beach condo!
